Refund policy
Return Period: Customers can return products within 14 days of the purchase date.
Condition of Products: Products must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and accessories. Items must be unused, unworn, and/or unopened.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is unavailable, we will issue a store credit.
Exchanges: Customers can exchange a product for another item of equal or lesser value. If the exchanged item is of lesser value, the difference will be refunded in the original form of payment or as store credit.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may not be returnable, including clearance items, gift cards, personalized items, and perishable goods.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective product or error on our part.
Processing Time: Refunds and exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
